Finally got Demoman done, and in the end I went with DemoLlama, while Demo Batpony probably would have worked better, I was having difficulty with the design so I went back to DemoLlama that I hope looks more like a Llama than a sheep....he probably wouldn't like people calling him a sheep.So yeah DemoLlama inspired by Paprika from the game 'Them Fightin Herds' I don't know what it was about watching Paprika fight that made think 'Why not make Demoman into a Llama?" it just sort popped into my head and didn't want to leave, so I hope that's okay with some people.

You would never suspect a llama? Okay other than a spur of the moment thought, I think the scene from Expiration Date with Demoman showing up, out of the teleporter with that sombrero and beer is part of the reason, what's more amusing a Llama in a sombrero or a Batpony in a sombrero? okay probably both, but DemoLlama is what did it for me XD

still I will have trouble taking DemoLlama serious-- at least until he chuck his bombs at me

Part of me would like to attempt to do a 'redraw screenshot' from that scene, but have the mercs as their MLP design I've done for them XD
But I think that works, I feel out of all the merc's Demoman is taken less seriously (And is semi ignored at times due to his drunken behavior) so surprise Llama attack would definitely take people off guard XD
