First you join a group, like this group would be a good fit [link]

Then next to your deviation there is a 'submit to group' button. Click on that. If you don't see your group on the first page there go to type a group name and type it in the box. Then if it has the option for where in the group to put it you should scroll through and find the proper folder. Some groups won't accept your art if you put it in the wrong folder. Good luck!
