Pacifica is the appointed Queen of the Ocean, the 2nd oldest, and largest dragon in the world (by length). She's a few Centuries younger than Elder Queen Lune, and her rival. During the Dragon war she was the first to join Lune's side in the rebellion to end the 80 year war as she lost most of her family, children, her first husband, and even her right hand in the war. She was then appointed rule of the Ocean by Lune and her most trusted companion and quickly dealt with any opposition to her crown in the sea. However, she is also Lune's greatest critic, and is never afraid to speak her mind to her especially when it involves the ocean. Pacifica sometimes even gets into fights with Lune from time to time, but it's never anything to serious. She makes it her priority that the Ocean is taken care of meaning not only was it made illegal to dump any waste into the ocean, but also illegal to test nuclear weapons on the ocean (in fact it's thanks to her stubborn personality that barely any country developed any nuclear weapons, and rather focused on powerful magical weapons that could be tested at sea). One time a small country did a single nuke test in the ocean. The following Day Pacifica invaded the country, wiped out their government (by eating all their politicians at the top), and destroyed their nuclear stockpile radiating the land for decades. Pacifica takes no S#%t from anybody, not Lune, not her family, and especially not land dwellers. She can be a real nightmare when she comes on land to meet Lune as she gives as much care about what she walks through as most jerks that throw cans into the ocean. It once got so bad She was attacked by the Elder Serpent Dragon and forced out of the way of a city. She suffered a scar on her neck from The Elder Serpent's bite, and is the only creature to survive a fight against the Elder Serpent (in fact she even brags about her fight as she's quite proud of her scar). Pacifica won't stand for any who would carelessly pollute her Ocean, and instructs all sea dragons to devour any litter bugs, or jerks that dump waste into her domain. She usually lives near a Port town called Sapphire Port city, where she watches her favorite soap opera "Lovers and Dragons" on one of the largest Televisions in the world.

Her scales are the hardest among dragon kind, and even regular anti dragon weapons can't penetrate her scales. Her specialty is controlling water like most sea dragons and can easily create tsunamis either by magic or doing a cannon ball. She's also very fast in the ocean, and can swim around the planet in an hour. She can also absorb water in the air to keep her skin moist on land, and with all the water she can carry with her she can flood a whole city with ease. She's also quite good at wrestling, and usually prefers fighting hand to hand. Her tail can be her most devastating weapon as a swing from that thing can knock down a mountain.
