Since I'm a sucker for snowy landscapes, especially eerie, foggy snowy landscapes, I like that element of this image. One thing I would really like to change though would be the brightness of that light. It seems to be stealing a lot of attention and making the whole image "heavier", together with everything else the image feels overloaded: there's the girl, the owl, a bit complex background and very big contrast of lights and shadows. I think I'd prefer that light to be smaller. Also, it should affect the owl's lighting more, without more contrast it looks out of place.
I like the way you added barely noticeable snowflakes for the foreground, it adds depth.
Just my opinion.
