Anaphiel is Gabriel's Bladeservant. Poised, regal and dignified to a fault, he never says more than he needs to and follows orders without question. His obsession with exterminating demons borders on psychopathic hatred, as he believes that the warriors of Heaven shouldn't stop at killing a few million each year, but instead wipe them all out at once. Gabriel, fortunately, is always there to keep him in check, as he's about the only angel he'll listen to.

He wields a sword known as Auracleanse, forged from the literal dreams of humanity and empowered by the holiest of Heaven's waters.
