Im trying to start with quilling for a time now, but here getting the resources is difficult.

Try cutting your paper and a toothpick. That worked for me

I saw beautiful things made by hand, no needle,simple color paper cut whit a scissor. I think that every thing that is handmade it doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful. Just the fact that someone put their time and effort in that thing is amazing.

Thank you, normal paper 80g/mp. I don't use origami paper.

How do you fold the outer portion?
i.e. on the flower with silver, blue and red, I'm talking about the red part.

I actually took 8 units and put them together in a circle, and in the middle of the circle I put a morning glory flower. The center of the morning glory is a qulling flower.
