The orb on its forehead absorbs the energy of the Sun and shines when it is dark. If the orb stops shining, it needs to go out into the sunlight or it will die.
Don't really like the shading in this one :/
I really have to keep practicing with SAI...
Anyways, it's a Psychic/Water dolphin. Has no evolutions or pre-evolutions.. It's a pretty standard Pokemon, and one of my favorite designs actually. I like the color combo, though I didn't pull it off as well as I hoped to
Yes, I know the name sucks BIG TIME. I have no originality whatsoever for names XP

I have a Narwhal design too! But it kinda sucks 'cause I can't draw fish :/
This one is the only almost acceptable one I've drawn, but the anatomy is still pretty screwed up. But it doesn't matter 'cause these are Pokemon! XP
And yes, I know that dolphins are mammals, but they look more like fish

ahh i figured it would have horndrill
i believe i heard the key for telling a true fish from a fishlike mammal if the blow hole isn't visable is the tail... horizontal vs vertical a fishes tail is up to down & flaps left to right the mammal is the horizontal tail that moves vertically
