Burgoo is a comfort food restaurant. Lots of nice stews, burgers and all that good stuff that makes you feel nice on a crummy day.This desert is their Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding. Pretty simple concept, chunks of deliciously moist and flaky banana bread with a drizzle of melted chocolate chips and a dollop of vanilla bean ice cream. I made it at home a few weeks later and it came out just... *drool*
