It's not exactly the same as my little design, but I hope you like it!First I used red acrylic and then I made the tribal wolf with a black pen over it

You can try it, its red acrylic, I first made a sketch, then the red acrylic (blow) and finally the black pen

Oooh, I will! Is the ink hard to put over the paint? Like, does it mess the pen up or does it go on pretty smoothly?

I waited untill the paint was dry, then I didnt have problem with the pen
