This is lovely. I would definitely say it's "dreamy", so mission accomplished! I love your use of colors and the wavy background/hair. And you really did a fantastic job with her expression--I can't explain exactly what she's feeling, but I know I've felt that way before. And the title is so very appropriate!

Overall, simply wonderful picture.
