This is a pretty neat entry, with Seth upgrading to a body based on Juri and even quoting her a bit in there. Juri's eyes look really weirdly shaped for her head in one of the panels though, and I do with the transformation was actually shown rather than an event that had already happened. Despite that, I dig it a fair bit.

One of the stronger entries in terms of originality. Seth upgrading to a new body is a lot more clever than a good number of entries. So good job there.

The style is something I think needs some work but it is neat. The eyes seem just a little too big especially when looking at the characters head on; in panel 4 Juri's are almost escaping her head. Beyond that though I think Juri looks pretty good. Seth on the other hand you've applied an odd sort of marble/concrete texture too that doesn't really match him from the games, not to mention it makes him stand out as very 3D vs Juri's mostly 2D look which clashes. 

The comic paneling and shots are pretty creative and I dont have much to add there. However the word bubbles are on the large end. If you look at most comics there's only a couple centimeters between the words and the edge of the bubbles. Beyond that its also worth pointing out the bubble 'tail' doesn't need to go all the way up to the lips of the speaker, especially if there's only one speaker in frame. Again if you look at any comic really, its pretty rare for a word bubble, especially the tail, to cover any of the characters. Even manga which has much larger bubbles, has very short tails (and the bubbles are incorporated more into the overall look)

My last little issue is the background. For the majority of the page it seems like Seth is confronting Juri in an alley way or something (which is a common place to be in street fighter games) but the last panel zooms out to show this is some bizarre urban graffiti'd block in the middle of a serene Japanese forest temple? 

Overall though like I said this was one of the more interesting art pieces and the style can work like in some of your other pieces, it just needs a little more polish here and there.

Okay so I do appreciate the little touches you did, like changing the bubble shape when they were yelling and slanting the background while keeping respect to orientation is also a smart way to add to the comic form. I'd say the biggest issue comes from the body designs looking kind of awkward and the software itself not really working the best for me stylistically. The eyes just look weird like they bulged off their faces and were upped too much in the program. The panels are unevenly laid out so the white gaps are different which is messing with my OCD hard and the first panel reading flow is not the best. Maybe if you had Juri more to the left so her bubble wasn't the first one left to right then I wouldn't mind as much. As it is the eyes go to her "Huh?!" then to the first line, then back to Juri's then the third panel dialogue jumps out next instead of Seth's response.

I do give you credit for making the transformation more than just a thing that happened, but I wish it was developed a little more. Again this wasn't a bad entry and I think you showed a good grasp of all the fundamentals, I just think that as you grow used to the program and develop more(because I looked at some of your other pieces  and the overall shading is better) your work will look more professional. Keep at it and thanks for entering.
