This could actually ring true. Cards wants to chase Daenerys out of Essos into towards Westeros, which is where Verys needs her the most.

I am actually thinking that Varys will mask himself as one of Harpy Sons and go in all James Bond style to find out. This would be Tyrion putting mask on him.

very cool. I like the idea that Tyrion unmasks the leader of the Son's of the Harpy.
In the books, I would bet a large bag of coins that the leader of the Sons of the Harpy is the Green Grace of Meereen Galazza Galare. She appears to be loyal to Dany, but constantly preaches ill news, she was of the city and hardly likely to truly welcome the end of slavery and their way of life. She is female, a perfect leader for the Son's to have as their 'Harpy'. But most of all, there is Narrative Causality (the way stories must go), you need to have an actual character to 'unmask' and it must be someone you already know, not a random stranger. It's like in the old Scoobydoo cartoons 'Look! the ghost of blackwater bay was really that creepy old Walder Frey!"
But in the TV series, the Green Gracy does not appear, so the Sons will need another leader for Tyrion to unmask. It must be a known character... they must hope to benefit from this chaos...and either return to the old slaving ways, or rise to become a new ruler of Meereen. For it to be properly treasonus, the Harpy would have to be someone close to Dany 'which of your true friends is not really your friend...'
Mossador - Leader of the free slaves (dead)
Hizdah zo Loraq - Consort to Dany, much to gain if she died (most likely suspect, but unexpectedly killed by the Sons, dead)
Ser Barristan - Very loyal, too honourable (also very dead)
Missandei - freed by Dany, trusted loyal advisor, in love with Grey Worm (highly unlikely)
Varys - not very trustworthy, but not been in Meereen long enough, also no motive.
Grey Worm - Commander of the Unsullied (too loyal, also nearly killed by the Sons)
Tyrion - Too recent an arrival in Meereen (he will do the unmasking)
Daario Naharis - Sellsword commander of the Second Sons, murdered his fellow commanders to join Dany. Lover of Dany, saw Hizdah as his rival and urged her to kill him. Sons started attaches after he arrived in Meereen, most of the attacks killing Unsullied not Second Sons. Would gain rule of the city if Dany's loyalists were all killed, and he could force her to marry him and make him King of Meereen. (Most Likely Suspect).
Who likes the taste of this truth?
Perhaps this skilled artist should prepare a picture of Tyrion confronting Daario for when the time comes...

As much as I would love to see Ertacaltinoz draw Tyrion Vs Daario, and you give a really great list, I think this picture is more likely to be the accurate outcome. Varys works for the Realm, and (Spoilers) has spies everywhere, eunuch boys trained to listen and to kill. Eventually those boys grow up, and who better to lead them than a Eunuch man, a Harpy of his own sorts?
