I tend to picture in my mind an angel named Cassiopeia holding a balance when it comes to deal with patients in critical condition.Why Cassiopeia? She represents good looking people who are neglected and underestimated because of their looks, signaled as "vain" and "empty". A patient died because of such treatment, just because she had breast implants.

Great work! My biggest bravo has to be for the wings though, their stunningly detailed. It must have taken alot of patients. I know I could draw wings like that, not without a month of Sundays close at hand....
