Xiar, =ceressiass ' OCA Christmas gift for her (although it's a bit late, sorry T_T)
One thing you should know, this Xiar girl is a MAN ^_^
drawing him is incredibly challenging, i have to create a girlish boy, not a girl without 'you-know-what'
overall, i like and enjoyed it ^,^
this is not the only one, i have more of him ^_^

First off, let me say that the eyes on this are gorgeous! ^_^ As is the skin. It very much reminds me of a video game. The nose is adorable, the shading is good, and the eyebrows have a perfect shape. The hair looks good and I love how you added texture to the clothing. I think that the blurriness of some areas takes away from this image's charm. Had you not blurred it, I believe this would be a very gorgeous image, worthy of TONS of favorites! The eyes are simply incredible and I can't stop looking at them. Well, about the blur, i was intended to blur it but his face, so people's attention will focus into his face, just like what you have mentioned in blurred BG^^
