Description This was an actual model we had for an Art I Drawing class. I sketched him out then inked over the pencils with calligraphy points of different sizes. Very fun to do.

Fabulous that your brother has told us about you. YouΒ΄re a talented artist and I cannot wait to see more^^
On this one I like the fact that youΒ΄ve managed to show his age very well, the wrinkles, prominent tendons (is this the right word in english?) and his calm facial expression, well done^^

had to come see the art of the brother of The Rudy Vasquez, and i'm not dissappointed, excellent anatomy study and great pose, did you use any references for this??

Thanks for watching. The model, David, posed holding onto a standing light fixture which I switched out to a staff. No references concerning the accessories but the model was all him. That guy is an amazing model! He's extrememly inspiring and I have more drawings of him too.

Your rendering is amazing. It has a classical art look. Reminds me of Michelangelo's ink studies he did for his sculptures.
