Looks pretty good to me! Just a few things though-
Technique-wise:
Line smoothness is one of the major things I see on here that could use improvement. Many art programs have a function that can help with this, usually titled something around "stabilizer" or "smoothing" levels based on numbers. I know a lot of people complain about not liking it, but you *will* get used to it after a while. Feel free to keep it low if you really can't stand it. If you're already using it, don't be afraid to make the levels higher.
Under the same boat is line sharpening. The sort of "blunt ended" lines I see here can be sharpened off to look much better overall. This can be done by taking your eraser tool and simply erasing the tips to give a nicer, pointed look. If you have a drawing tablet or pen with pen pressure, a lot of programs can also be made to almost automatically do this for you.
Now for my own personal preferences- these aren't necessarily *bad* things, just things I usually notice. Less of technique-type things that can help overall and more of how I feel about things.
-The thick lineart: Thickness can definitely look great when used well, but on smaller details like the rose petals the execution isn't as good as it could be. You could also combine the two to get more contrast, rather than what I feel is "overly consistent" lines. Line sharpening also plays into this.
- I get that you're going for the more "Sonic the Hedgehog" art style, but feel free to go out of your comfort zone on this! Make the style your own- I've seen plenty of artists that one can clearly see is "inspired by" a certain style, but anyone with a brain can say that it's not exactly a mimic of that.
Going through your gallery, I see other fanart type works seem to all adapt to that show, game, or group in general's styles. I'd love to see if you develop a more "individual" style- draw those characters in your "own" style rather than drawing the characters in *their* style. I have nothing against fanart, fan-characters, and things of that type, I just think that good art of it can become *great* art!
Of course, my little bottom half its just personal preference and really *doesn't* have to change unless you really feel it should, but consider what I wrote on the top!
I'm not sure what kind of program you use, or if it has these features, but ones I can think of if not that do have these are FireAlpaca and Sketchbook Pro, both free to download and use. Sketchbook even has a nice mobile app that also works well, but the mobile one doesn't have smoothing on it.

Good to know, FireAlpaca's stabilizer is I believe called "Correction" up at the top menu! Hope anything I said was helpful. <3

you're the 3rd person that has told me bout the stabilizer. I've been using FireAlpaca for almost 2 years & I still haven't found the stabilizer yet.
