Kazuo was born into a family of Yakuza as the next heir. He was born with a baby face and small build but that didn't stop him from growing into one of the most feared members of the Yakuza at an early age. In fact, he would use his appearance as an advantage; sneaking into various places as a young child looking for a parent. When his stocking patterns grew in, he was appalled at first, but soon learned that this too could help to disguise himself as an innocent being. Despaite this, he wears long boots in the Yakuza house to avoid being made fun of. He took over as the head of the Yakuza once his father passed away and has been successful ever since.
