great picture, but the use of FX photoshop ( inner shadow and inner light ) make the fish going out the picture, perharps you should blur a little the stroke of the fish to incorporate much the fish to the background.

nice work! the eyes r awesome but maybe the fish cud be a different color so it contrasts a little with the blue water... hmm its still awesome the way it is...so much character ^^
