Good stuff mate, I like what you did with the pose and the magic FX. Rotating the composition counter clock/ or clockwise will make it a bit more dynamic and help with the symmetry thing you have going (its very symmetrical), and warming up the background to make him (cool) pop off of it I think may aid in this reading even better when its small on a card. Punching in some rim lighting as well.

Its a great painting, something to be proud of

Thanks, man! Yeah I was actually thinking that after the fact (about the symmetry) but live and learn I suppose Yeah I think the background choice could've been better, I thought the purple hues would've been enough but yeah I totally agree with those points about making him pop and such. Thanks for dropping by and commenting, man! Much appreciated.
