Gonna warn you here, this one's kinda of a controversy but I actually hated this episode.

South Park has handled topics wonderfully in the past, but this isn't exactly one of their better efforts. I know some people really do like this episode, and I get that, but my issues are focused more on Sharon and Randy. First of all, Randy needs to fucking die. He was perfectly great as a side character who got into trouble sometimes, but now he's basically the creator's dog. Whatever happened to the old days of South Park, where Cartman and his group toilet papered a house, the South Park city wall being vandalized by Mongols, the World of Warcraft, and so much more? You don't see that in the newer episodes. It's about Randy being a surrogate for the writers and politics. Secondly, nobody gives a damn that their OWN kids were almost victims of a bloodshed, and when Sharon finds out Stan's been shot, she just goes "it's not the end of the world" and hugs Randy. Dunno about you, but if I had children and there was a school shooting, I'd homeschool them permanently. And if they got shot, I'd find the weaselly shooter or his brain dead parents and sue them until they were homeless or have them behind bars for their pathetic life.

I barely mentioned the plot of Token and Cartman because it was pointless. It's basically a rehash of the plot where Cartman shoots Token.
