A while ago, I decided that I would learn how to draw hands, because... I can't draw hands (and therefore, don't- see gallery for further evidence). This is a problem, because I draw people, and people have hands. XD Anyways, these are a bunch of quick sketches I made of my own left hand, in hopes that I would pick up the trick to drawing hands, somehow... needless to say, I haven't. I should probably get back to doing these hand studies again...I don't really know why I'm uploading this. XD Lol, probably just to prove that yes, I can also draw from observation!!
I just don't like to... (I don't like referencing pictures, either) because my personal philosophy is that drawing from observation is boring and demonstrates no creative talent. Plus, it's like... cheating. XD Sorry, I have a weird thought pattern. Anyways, I realize that drawing ...real stuff is good for you, so now I'm taking a drawing class at school where I have to draw from observation. Hopefully I can improve....Hmmm... this is a really long comment for a bunch of sketches of my hand... I'll stop now.

Those are really good, but honestly I don't think it looks like your hand. You hand is A LOT more skinnier. And bonier. And BELGUZOMGAYSKINNYLONGFINGERS!A1@@%gAHAGSOSKINNY!@#$ and guess what we might be watching Blades of Glory again this weekend.
