It looks like a long exposure on a camera but the clouds are not the same as the water. Where you trying to go for that or just very calm water? Otherwise I would think there would be at least some ripples in the water. The lighting I think is really good. You may want to put the focus of the frame on one of the 3rd lines instead of down the middle of the frame. I really like the warm/cool colors you have going on. Very colorful. Good Job.
