a december morning over lake superior...at this time of year, the days are very short on the north shores of lake superior, but because the sun is always so low all day through, the light is subtle and varied during winter. never garish.

I love the gradation of warm to cool colors in this shot...hard to believe it was taken with a polaroid.

Lake Superior is my favorite of the Great Lakes. In my opinion, it's the most beautiful, and you have certainly captured that with this photo. It's so calm and peaceful. Gorgeous.

This shot stands out amongs you many other amazing works. It has the lovely simplicity that i have come to love in your work, while adding another element of basic complexity.
It has the lovely blue that you are able to coax from your time-zero, but it also has that lovely reddish orange in the spiderlike branches of the bush that really adds an air of energy and presence to the shot.
Absolutely lovely framing with the placement of the horizon line and the plant being in the bottom corner. I know you are hesitant to shoot the time-zero with so few left, but this was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo worth it!

Do you take your photographs with polaroids? That's just what the shape looks like. It adds to the photos, I think. :] And very nice lighting, indeed. Kudos.

yes, they are polaroids taken with time-zero film, which is no longer manufactured.
