Description
This is yet another emotional vent artwork, and you can see how it links to Trouble On The Way . There's been many highs and lows this week, but I managed to walk into a storm that I don't know how to get out of.... But anyways!This was meant to be a speed sketch that would only take an hour!
I got the basics down in an hour, and the following day, I got totally hooked onto the water! 
And I tried colours and reflections and shadows and highlights, and I eventually stuck with this! Almost like real water! 
And then I worked with the rain, I got fussy and did it a million times over! And then the tree and Trav and the reflection and EVERYTHING! 
This is what happens when you're a perfectionist! But, I'm pretty happy with it, I feel like it gave me a lot of time to think and reflect about what's happened, while taking out my anger on the tablet which is dying a slow and sticky death! 
They never last long! Please, no criticism, this is my thoughts on canvas and nothing shall be changed!Travieso and image are © to Dana Cato
