Ok, its verrry late, but I really wanted to do one yesterday and didn't have the time for it! So, I scribbled this quickly, I was very lazy with the background and just applied many different filters, but I did put plenty effort into the horse, found a really pretty picture to use as a reference!
So, uh... happy belated Halloween!
