I just noticed that there is an irony in giving an order to not follow orders. I really like the poster. I'd be interested to see a second version with brighter colors (so it would jump out at people if this were a poster) and maybe a restatement of the slogan: something like "Why follow orders when you can think for yourself?" Just some ideas if you're interested.

Yes, I know that this statement itself sounds like an order. But sometimes we really need one to realize some aspects of our life. Regarding the tone, generally people tend to react faster on a harsh formulation.
