Hm, personal life or dc comics related? Like the fact that he's a 10 year old kid, and had a rough childhood etc.. I'm not gonna babble on about his biography.
I just dont like the fact that his name was sort of a ripoff of marvel's Captain Marvel... because I like that name way better than shazam. Actually I like dc comics hell of a lot more than marvel, but thats just me.

Chinese newsprint to be exact. At least for this one. If I had a corresponding comic handy I'll use that as a background. I adhere the newsprint to stretched canvas, then spray paint the various stencils on top of it.

If you ever find some try Korean newsprint. Although I can read some of it now I still like the way it looks aesthetically because I think the lines, bars and cirlcles look like robot language.

I've seen Korean newsprint and it looks pretty amazing. If I come across some I have every intention of buying it as well as some old Russian Newsprint.
