No, clearly Cerberus used up its budget building the Normandy, and she's an intern because they couldn't afford a real psych. She says she has a degree in Psych, not that she has a Doctorate, or any other full-fledged degree. Clearly she's a psychology undergrad doing an internship on the Normandy. We never see her having quarters or anything, so she probably sleeps in the crew quarters, and Dr. Chakwa doesn't mention her like she would another real doctor onboard.

its true that the Shadow broker's web of contact's is large but we dont know for sure how large it is. But with the combined efferts of the "new" shadow broker and the illusive man i say that Shapard has a pretty good chance of finding a way to take on the reapers.

I have to say, I am loving the "thumbs up" theme in a lot of your art.
Also, making TIM look like Tom Jones just makes it better/worse in the most amazing way possible (you know, depending how you feel about Tom Jones). All he's missing is the peeking chest hair.
