Jeppthat's a picture including a real feather.
On this feather I painted a pumahead
It's a little bit older
ca. 3 or 4 months i think ^.^
It was a present for Tekki

yes, i draw the eyes with watercolors and pencils
and on the feather it's tempera

That's beautiful! How do you paint the feather? I mean do you have to treat it with anything before painting? And what type of paint do you use?

I used tempera to color it. I just washed te feather with water before. Even Acryl is good for this.

wow.. sounds good.. I've tried putting acrylic on a feather before and it didnt work so well and I know of others that have tried. ^_^ Thanks alot, keep up the work

Those eyes are gorgeous. They seem to pierce right into you. And the puma itself looks so lithe and puma-ish (that made sense in my head...). This picture looks great!

A beatutiful Job! I love the Eyes!
Though, after I visited the Fishign and Hunting store today, its kind of creepy after staring a simlar set in the flesh. (Though, said Puma had died of natural causes as with all the other Taxidermizizized anmals in there)
