murders Maxie. idk how, but he does. Ruby just HAD to ask,
and then guess, and then horrorfayse.
And Archie's all 'problem?'
MAN, that's unreal dudedude duuuuuude.
Unwinding after my first three finals. one more to go, one
tomorrow, one on Wednesday. Feel like stragulating someone/something urf.

"YOU MURDERED MAXIE???" and Archie never explicitly
says what went down when they both fought for their
right to exist except that 'he won'. That's it. Nothing more.
And this kills me.... (but yeah, the manga's pretty crazy lol)

Like I mean, I would expect the manga to be all cheery because of how the anime turned out, but noooo .w.Β

Archie really represses his emotions to the extreme
of valuing his ambition over his bonds with people.
In the Emerald arc, it gets to the point where
he even accepts that this is who he is and ends
up throwing away all his relationships.

Well, we never actually see it, just a flashback where Sird's telling them to fight over a immortality-granting suit of armor--as long as it's being worn. It then cuts to Archie going disturbingly calm while Maxie looks like he's about to panic, them taking out their Pokeballs, and the start of a battle/fade to white while Maxie still looks scared and Archie is smiling.Β Archie thenΒ pretty much confirms that he killed him.
....Kinda makes ya wonder what's gonna happen for the ORAS chapter if they decide to bring them back.

Well, like I said, we never actually see it, so that may be. But their bodies were pretty much eroding due to the Orbs--Archie fades from existence when the suit of armor comes off. So it's highly probable that he's dead. (We'll know when theΒ ORAS chapter comes out
