awesome, the only thing i could suggest is making the splash fade more into the face...but this is so well done i don't see how any improvement could be made.

Cool idea! But, yeah, I do have some suggestions. First of all, the lighting on the hand doesn't match that of the face. I bet you could fix that by playing with Lighting Effects or even brushing color on in a separate layer. Also, the finger's edges look a bit blurry.
Good job on those cracks in her face! The water looks a bit fuzzy against the hair, tho... that could be fixed by just making this pic smaller... then you wouldn't be able to see that.
Despite all my critiques, I do think this is pretty neat. I have some photomanip stuff, too, if you're interested ^_^
