Is the game any good?

It's really short if you just blaze through it, but it has awesome animation and music on top of that. If you try and get everything, it adds on significantly more time, though. I beat the game in two days, but it took me a week to clear all the missions and get all 99 treasures cause certain puzzles had me stumped.

Buh! That kind of things gets me mad! If Mario World had like 100 levels in 1990 I will not tolerate a 2d game being short 18 years later!

It has more levels than Warioland 4, at least. There's 30, not including boss levels, compared to Warioland 4's 23 WITH bosses.

I dunno who they are, but yah... Shake King looks like Booster. xD And a hint of Smithy?

The Shake King is the main villain in the new Wario Land that just released a while ago.
Yeah, I noticed the Smithy thing the other day. I think he kinda looks like Cactus King from DK Jungle Beat a little, too.
If I weren't so lazy, maybe I'd draw them all together...and maybe throw in Bear Hugger and Mad Clown for good measure.

Nintendo... AKA recycled villains bin. xD
I saw that Wario game for sale at Best buy, today. Didn't get it tho, I brought Odin Sphere and some Wii points to play MegaMan 9, instead.

Well, in Nintendo's defense, their villains and even characters tend to disappear for years before reappearing. And it's not like Booster will ever be relevant again...unless Square does the awesome thing and remakes or makes a sequel to SMRPG...

That's true.
Like, for a long time, I thought I'd never see Pit gain public awareness again, before SSBB came out.
On a related note: Punch-Out!!! is coming to the Wii, OH BOI!

Yeah, it kinda figures Nintendo updates Hippo's design AFTER I draw him. XD

Not bad! Your style of work wouldn't look out of place in a Wario game!! I got my fingers crossed for ya!
Keep it up!!

I find it a little interesting that he shares a lot of similarities with Wario: Big arms, stubby legs, pointy shoes, cubby body, pointy hair, greedy personality. Even his arm hair is shaped like "W's". Sometimes I wonder if he was supposed to be the original design of Wario before they decided to make him a grittier, meaner Mario in yellow and purple clothing.

In a way, he does resemble the old Foreman Spike. Believe me, after fighting this guy, I thought he somehow WAS Wario.

Interesting. Shake is a knockoff of Booster, who is a knockoff of Wario, who is a knockoff of Spike. Therefore, Shake is a knockoff of Spike.
Logic is awsome!

Booster on roids? Only this guy has an even weirder name.

That guy is great. You did a nice job with them all. Gotta love the Pitchfork for his humorous effect when you throw him.

I prefered when he was called the Shay King. It's a little more imaginative if you ask me.
But I like the guy anyways. Especially those blade-like yellow armhairs, or whatever those things on his arms are.

Yeah, sometimes Japan does have the better names, but I usually prefer the English ones by a large margin.
They're armhairs for sure. They even blaze up when he gets angry and stuff. I think it's neat.

*SPOILERS AHEAD*
Look at his moves when you fight him, alot of them are basically powered up versions of Wario's moves, Throwing big enemies, charging, butt stomp with shock waves, smashing the ground like a baby... I never said that.
Looks like the Shake King is wondering what the hell the pitchfork is doing.

The sad thing is that you can use Wario's Earthshake Punch to counter a lot of things he does. In fact, he's almost constantly vulnerable during the first half of the fight if you use it right. You actually HAVE to do it to beat the level for time.

yeah I found that, mind you I only found that out after beating him the first time, but you couldn't get the missions first time so it didn't matter as much.
Now I'm just working my way through all the missions, instead of doing Uni work...
