Description this is some random turtle sketches for my good friend *crycry fellow Donatello fan and she sent me a bunch of really kick ass stuff in the mail! including this gorgeous painting she did for me! you're too good to me Cry! and thanks again for the laces and the bracelet. i'll send this to you with some stuff and a fic-thing to go along with this.

i know. all the ninja turtles are good guys. it just seems with the red, the angry face VS the purple, soft, innocent faces. it's a contrast and it's good. ^^

I fell in love with your art all over again! It's great how you are constant with each turtles' body language and how it expresses the personality or the emotion. Raph is always kinda hulking with his head low between his shoulders, glaring and sporting a preditory smirk. Eep! His eyes always seem more narrow than the others too.

And Donnie always seems like he's trying to disappear into himself, his shoulders are either bunched in tension or sloped in defeat. His eyes, like Mikey's, are larger and expressive but not so naive or hyper. When you portray him, he always comes across as shy and maybe a bit of a dreamer? I like that. Okay I could go on forever, but I'll spare your eyes! Amazing turtle goodness!

aww thanks for the awesome comments. even thought their differences are quite slight i get a feel for them in my head when i'm drawng them, how they're build, their body language and how they express themselves. it's hella fun to translate onto paper and i'm glad that you can see it. thanks so much!
