i really love this picture.. the chair, the umbrella, the netting, and the light is amazing for it all..
it looks sorta like the hand moved a bit.. which really adds to the effect.

Incredibly beautiful. I love sepia photos. I like how this looks so vintage, and the inspiration you mentioned really shows, and still it's not something you'd see in old portraits.
The veiled figure looks longing, fragile and reminds me of a ghost, because of the whiteness and some kind of half-invisibility. Graceful and elegant. This has the same mood that lingers in those old photos of people whose stories you don't know, and certain resemblance to b/w horror movies. Of the days they knew that horror can, and should be beautiful.
