Personality:
From the given reports from victims, and it wasn't easy for to get them to talk, back to the report. We gather that she can be very manipulative and merciless towards anyone she finds useful and easy to throw away. She does have favorites and tends to give them "special" treatment. We still are unclear about what her true intentions are and hopefully we can get more details on this.

Description of quirk:
When she activates her quirk, the smoke color change into a pinkish color, she can use any kind of smoke source(tabacoo, marijuana, etc.) to help make the smoke from her pipe. Her smoke allows to paralyze a person, mostly from the waist down. When they breath in the smoke, their body would start to stop functioning. If they breath in a a small amout of smoke (a small huff), the effect will last for about 3 mintues. If they breath in a medium(half a inhale and huff) amout of smoke it last about 9 mintues, and if they breath in a large amount of smoke (a large inhale and huff), the effect last about 27 mintues. It is mostly effective when there are no ventilation. The smoke will lose its effect after awhile. She needs a quick cool down, taking 5-10 minutes from how much smoke she uses on the same person.

For a person to be fully paralyzed, she takes in a big huff of smoke. Kissing the victim, blowing all the smoke into their lung.

Physically Description:
She is know to wear a skin tight long with long gloves with a deep red color. Having white fox fur around her shoulders, black high heels, and their hair tied up in a high pony tail on the right side of her head. Bright red lipstick with golden yellow eyes. They usual carry around a smoking pipe with them.

Criminal History:
She mostly know for sex trafficking within the black market, having some sort of connections to the murders around the city, as well running a sex ring. As well have some idea she also has some connection to trafficking human organs in the black market, but failed to find any evidence to prove it. There have been many times where we failed to trace any evidence back at her, possible corruption in our own system as well as having evidence suddenly gone missing or the evidence was destroyed during the investigation. There are also been events where anyone who dares speak has suddenly gone missing and show up three weeks later, dead in a secluded area.
