I really like this. Its amazing
If youre looking for a crit, the scar stands out a little, like it looks a "clearer" than the rest of the image, which gets in the way of me "believing" it. But I love love LOVE the idea.

Thank you! I like to receive crits, because I noticed that different "brains" often see different thing. Sometimes, when I realize a picture, I'm worried about some details that no-one else notices, and I don't care about some other bigger mistake. When I work with photomanips, I feel I need crits like I need the air to breathe 
BTW, I edited the picture, trying to correct the scar (and I also replied the drawn-style eye with a more realistic one).
