Etu is LizzyJun 's new Elnin <3 originally created by mowendesigns.deviantart.com/ for the spring event <3Playing around with some new brushes that actually work with my Photoshop! (Frank Storyboard brushes)
This very pretty elnin got some rainbows as a tribute as well to another of Lizzy's characters.
