Description The M113 APC (armored personnel carrier) was introduced in the early sixties and was used heavily during the Vietnam War. It has since gone on to be one of the most widely used APC's, used by over 50+ country's world wide.

This is a 1/35 academy M113, given to me for my birthday by good DA buddy this kit was a blast to make, featuring tons of cool details and a full interior. Painted with "Model Masters" enamels and weathered with art acrylics and pastels. I really like how this one came out and might have to make a base/diorama for it to be featured in.

Ah nice! I see the resemblance to WH40k's Rhino APC. Could have been the inspiration for that I suppose.

I donΒ΄t know if you know but that plate in front is a table for maps .

our car was a command car we only had on top a 50 cal browning machine gun and a Petrol Driven Frame Mounted Generators besides the drivers hatch ,the table was used by the officers to make topographic observations on maps in the battlefield .

Better than a limo ride but not quite as comfortable. That is really cool by the way.
