WEEEEEEEE RUN THE NIIIIGHTrun'emlikerun'emrun'emWHOOP

ANYWAY. THIS is a collab I did with the VERY MUCH DELICIOUS =Amadoodles <333333. It's her character Shwish and my Switchback chasing glowing balls of glow through a forest. A dark forest with simultaneous sun rays and a mysterious backlight. ALL OF MY FAVORITE THINGS! <3333
Let's seeeee how did this work. I came up with the chasing-glows-in-a-forest idea, and then she expanded upon it, coming up with the basic picture, the background basic undermooshing, and she sketched and loosely flat-colored both characters. And then I detailed EEEEEVERYTHING. Absolutely everything. And LOVED IT. And then I passed it off to her for some final sexifying and then THIS.
AND YES I LOVED IT. Thank you SO TOO SO MUCH for the delicious collab, my lovelove. WE HAVE TO DO MORE FOREVER OMG <33333.

AUUUGGGHHHHHH I FINALLY FOUND A MOMENT TO COMMENT ON THIS. WOMAN, DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS LIKE HAVING SOME DUMB SKETCH OF YOURS TRANSFORMED MAGICALLY INTO A HYPER DETAILED SCENE OF PURE EPIC? You feel like you can take over the world or something. Your ego inflates. Even though I don't think the workload was quite fair, you seemed to have to spend AAAGES on it to work your amazing magic of yours. YOU SIR HAVE MAGIC HANDS. All those little details, and the way you shaded the water, I learned so much from looking at the psd files of the water, with those still clear bits in front of each of the rocks. And all those furry bits and the way you shaded Shwish's face so that it becomes so 3D and detailed and those tree bark trunk bits, just so much AMAZING RIGHT THERE. We need to do more of these. As many as possible!
