I actually really like this. Ive read some comments, and how they say its blurry but a lot of people do that intentionally. I think it looks neat though. How his face is the main and clear shot. I hope you dont stop doing horse manipulations D: They are beautiful.

I loveeeeeeee the colors and the overall feeling, but I agree that there's too much blur, and that the white is a little harsh.
If you were looking for fog brushes, arrsistable has some fabulous ones
But really, this isn't as bad as you claim!

I actually reallllly like this! I like that the horse is mostly out of focus, but I do think he needs just a tad bit more detail to really capture the viewer's focus. It's sort just a big blur of unfocused energy with a random horse head in the middle right now. But I seriously do love it.

When you add to much blurryness all your depth will disappear and that's never a good thing.
