Description I painted a portrait of my friend Elin.
She's very beautiful and I adore her look.
Anyway I didn't try my best to do a realistic painting on this one, I just played around with colors and wanted it to pop instead.

It's not detailed in the sense that there is a lot of little tiny things everywhere, or heavily ornate designs, etc, but detailed in the way that everything, from the light, the reflections, the shadows, the shapes, are all so perfectly done. It's really astounding.

Uhm, drawing humans just never worked out for me. I have no problem with horses, but when it comes to drawing humans I make stick figures xD
