I like how she's got a bit of that "skater" look with her hair. And cute fitting background. A couple of notes - the line that connects her trapezius and her deltoid curves too low; it should curve upwards. Jawline needs to be a little more convex instead of concave. A suggestion for highlights is to avoid white and aim for a higher-key value variation of the color of her hair. Highlights aren't purely white and it's usually not a good idea to use white for highlight.
