Tesseractologue Acendancy Machine:

The creations that are the Tesseractologue machines were created long ago, back when the Nakai Geniocracy was at its height. The Nakai delved into the possibility of ascension to a higher plane of existance and while they were not yet ready as a race they used their incredible technology and knowledge to create machines that would essentially give them the abilities and feeling of total ascension (albeit for a very very short time) These Tesseractologues as they were known were very rare and used by individuals to either gain knew knowledge, create unbelievable constructs or to completely destroy all before them in war. They were used typically during the War of Giants to either function as one man armies or to communicate with the then fairly young Ascended Council. While the machine transformed the user into a partial being of light for around 50 seconds in that time impossible feats could be achieved, however the downside was that the users life force was drained with each use substantially. And acted like a drug, the power as was told was so great the users would scream and fight when they were separated with their machines. Wishing to burn their life force out in one swoop of power than live their days denied the feeling of true ascension.
