With Elwar having rebuilt Askandar and starting on the Matrioshka brain around the systems sun a new era of diplomacy awaited. To get a more hands on approach Elwar constructed his own avatar which would allow him to come across as more 'normal' by recreating the traditional Askandarian head dress of those who came before. He would use this avatar for diplomatic meetings and as a direct puppet to meet others. Soon enough his avatar would become the true public face of Elwar.
