I like his 1934 gangster style His suit looks cool and so the pose... Maybe his legs need to be a little longer and his guns might need a little more improvement... But I do like him (Well his concept design, not his personality and stuff, he's a bad person haha)

Nice work.  You did a good job drawing his suit and those shoes

Now for my suggestions.

-  First off, you really need to at least try drawing lightly first and then press down harder on your pencil to do your final lines.  Or you could get a 6H pencil or something, that way you can press down as hard as you want and it won't show up very dark and then you can go back over with your HB (#2) pencil for your final lines.  Also, get rid of that pink school eraser and get a nice drawing eraser (and maybe a kneaded eraser if you plan on shading in the future); this will reduce smudginess and make the final image cleaner

-  The hands need more work.  They don't look like they are gripping the guns very well; the fore-finger should be sticking forward a little more from the others (as it is gripping the trigger) and the rest should be firmly wrapped around the guns grip.  For the thumbs, I would suggest that you have them wrap around the other side of the guns grip (hidden from view) because it will give him a firmer looking grip on the guns (plus I find it is easier to draw it that way )

-  It is kind of hard to make out all the detail on those guns of his.  Perhaps you could have tried simplifying them a bit since they are not the main subject of the image and are kind of small to fit so many details on there (if you were to do a close up then it would be more appropriate for all the details).  Another solution could be to sharpen you pencil and get a really fine point on it and use a ruler to make the lines straighter (Also, my first suggestions could help to reduce the smudges here as well).

-  His legs are too short.  Remember, the distance from the top of the head to the groin should be about equal to the distance from the groin to the feet.  I say it should be “about equal” because not every person’s body is the same.  Some characters legs can be a little longer than their upper body (usually females since long legs are considered sexy to some) and other characters can have their legs shorter than their upper bodies (usually big muscular henchmen whose physique looks similar to a gorilla’s).  However, the difference in length from head to groin and groin to feet is too great here; especially for such a character that demands respect and controls people through fear and brute force.

That’s all I have to say.  As I said good work on this image and I hope you find this critique helpful   Remember, these suggestions may be applied to other drawings; they are not just specifically tied to this one

Oh it's the boss, it's been a while since I've seen a picture of him, that pose really suits him well, especially with the guns, very nice touch. Makes me wonder what colors too.

The king pin of organized crime I see, intimidating title. Great Job.
