General Info: Palace Administrator Sara is a kind woman who can type really fast and write really fast. She has good penmanship, and likes her job. She likes the Karino Empire, and it’s Emperor. A little on the shy side. She is very high up in the Karino Empire, hopefully that proves how un sexist the Karino Empire is. (lol) If she is anything, she is innocent. (full bio later or something i got lazy.)

Yayyyy, she looks fantastic, I like the body shape, it's pretty accurate to what a real woman's body shaped like, I also love the look on her face, and she looks so cool in her coat, Love it!!! Definitely a keeper, keep it up, you are doing a wonderful job.

its not a super overhaul, its mostly her outfit then her physical looks. i was planning on starting the drawing a few days ago but i got lazy and its been hot over here. i'm hoping to start today. i've also been planning out some new characters for part 2 of the story.

Her body is drawn a lot better than in the previous drawings and her outfit is drawn nicely as well.
Now for my suggestions.
- He hair look really shaggy to me. Perhaps you should draw out the overall shape of the hair first then draw long lines starting from the crease in her hair and flowing down in the direction they would be going down. You don't have to draw every strand of hair just a fiew lines will give the illusion of hair and the viewers brain will fill in the rest.
- Her face could use some work. Her eyebrows are pointed down too much and it is making her look angry. I would suggest you make the eyebrows a bit more horizontal and look up some references for expressions to get the eyebrows you want; because eyebrows are very crucial when it comes to expressions. The eyes are a bit too close together. You should be able to put another eye between the two eyes, this rule will help you get the proper spacing. The nose looks like it is facing at a 3/4 view which is contradictory to the rest of the face. I can't think of a proper way of explaining how to draw a front view nose so I would just suggest that you look for a reference for that as well. Her bottom lip is too small and thin. The bottom lip should be about equal or a little bigger than the top lip when it comes to thickness (this is for a female) and the corners of her mouth should be lined up vertically with the pupils of her eyes (unless she is going to be smileing or doing some other facial expression that would either extend or detract her mouth width.) From the jaw (which is aligned about where the mouth is horizontally) the face could be a little narrower as it goes into the chin.
- There are a couple of lines on her neck that I can't really tell why they are there. I don't know if you are trying to hint at the muscles in her neck but I don't think it is necessary since she is does not have a muscular physique.
- Her left shoulder is sticking our farther than it should be and it is making her torso look a bit lopsided so I would move that in and make it equal with the right shoulder.
- The hands need a little work. The right hand looks good but I think it could be a bit bigger and the thumb should be moved up towards the palm a bit more. Also, I think the bend in her right arm, at the elbow, is too high up; the bend in the arm should be about where the belly button is and as the arms ar extanded from the body the band will move in a half circle away from the belly button until it reaches the top of the head. As for the left, I am not sure what is going on there exactly, I think she is making a fist but I am not completely sure. Again, I would look up a reference image for that as well.
- The pocket on the right side of her coat is a lot smaller than the other. From the way she is standing I think that it would be forshortened going from front to back. So putting it in perspective and have it rolling around her hip slightly might make the coat look a bit more natural on her.
- I think the hips could be a little wider. Maybe is is the the fact that the left shoulder is sticking out too far that is creatin gthe illusion that the shoulders are wider than her hips. Perhaps fixing the shoulder will fix this problem as well; if not, then I would recommend making the hips a bit wider.
Hope this helps and is not completely overwhelming to you. Other than this I would say good work and nice improvements from the original drawings

yeah i tried to do that. i might have erased more lines that i should have. it the scanner made it look more smudgy than it is.
i tried to curve her eyebrows while keeping them short. it obviously didn't work.
i thought i drew her lips perfectly. 
i was trying to follow the base, but i get what you mean they do look weird. i should have gotten some neck references.
i think you are right about the hands.

really? i thought her hips were already pretty wide, i was even considering shortening them.
it is helpful i will try to implement these things on the next drawing of her and i hope that is soon, i'm still analyzing your last critique of hers, i'm thinking of changing her look based off what you said, i don't think i'll take all your advice, but as you can tell i am giving you links making sure i got what you meant in that suggestion.

- Maybe separating the hair into clumps first and then adding in a few individual strands might help it look neater.
- Women can have longer eyebrows and have them still look good just doni't make them thick and bushy like you would probably do on a man or something. Like I said it could be good to look up some expression reference sheets.
- Well the top lip is usually thinner than the bottom lip.
- Yes some references would probably be good because the neck can sometimes have a lot doing on expecial when trying to draw all the veins, arteries, and muscles in it. For more feminine and petite woman though, almost all of that is unecessary to show.
- I would look up references just in case
- Remember that her clothes wrap around her body so when the clothing lays over her it will roll around her so the pockets will curve back as well depending on where they are on the coat and so on.
- Well like I said maybe if that shoulder was moved in more then the hips will look ok. But it is hard to tell. The hips don't have to be WAY wider than the shoulders just a little bit or they can be about equal depending on how you want her body to look.

i like your critiques on my character drawings that you've done. i'll ask you for some when i'm going to draw another one of my characters. i will ask you about one of them after we finish up with Sara, i still need to check who is next. its either the Boss or Admiral Wilson. after those two are done and no one is asking for me to draw more EmperorKarino saga characters i plan on starting to draw Blight of the Werewolves characters. and i'm starting to think i'm going to make it a digital comic.
