General Info: An orphan girl who became a mercenary/assassin for the criminal underworld. The Mysterious Girl just wanted to be free of the gutter. She put some of the money from her jobs away so that she could move to some where nicer. Her only friend was Rick the Bartender. The Boss’ gang discovered this and used it as black mail to keep her from attacking them and going on a mission for them. The Boss wanted the Mysterious Girl to get the bounty that was posted on Devon Goldam. That mission became her last, She fought against Jessica the bodyguard on Deucalion, the fight is not what killed her, a stab to the back delivered by The Shadow did…

Nice work. I can see major improvements in this image.
The hair looks great, it is very full and it has a nice flow and directionality to it. The proportions of the body also seem to be accurate.
Possible Improvements:
- Her facial expression looks a bit odd to me. She seems to be looking up at something with her mouth open in a sort of O shape. I don't know what you were going for but, like I said, it looks a bit funny.
- You should really try coloring lighter, especially when you scanner tends to darken your colors. Because of this, her right arm is almost completely lost in all that black and it is difficult for me to figure out how her hand and the gun were positioned.
- I think that the perspective of the right arm and the shotgun being held by that hand do no match up. Her right arm seems to be coming toward the viewer more and the shotgun is pointing more toward her left side. So I feel that could be improved.
- Since she seems to be moving through the air (after jumping I am assuming) I think the back of her coat should be flowing, such as her hair, as the wind moves past it.
That's it I suppose. Like I said, I see a lot of improvement in this image so congratulations
