This is Sweetie Belle's long lost sister. {Really?!}
As you can tell, I still need to work on drawing characters, as well as her having Sweetie Belle's design.
I'm not very good at naming OCs so I rather get help from the audience.
Her name has been decided to be Moonshine, by Ditzy-Derp-Draws. I accepted this due to her having the color of Luna's original coat.
Keep in mind that her BF will be with her soon.
