Very nice design on this guy. I really like that yellowish green from the window glowing behind him.

He seems to deal more in contracts with hidden agendas... so he gets people to do these jobs, but they never know what they're truly working with.
He's devious to be sure, but whether or not his true nature is noble or corrupt is as of yet unknown.
