when I use the binary tool it's still all blend-ish.. Mind telling me your settings you have set for binary?

I don't think the Binary Tool has a setting for it to blend a little. Since it's basically a hard pixel edge brush.
Perhaps mess around with whatever setting is there? I just have but I can't make my Binary Tool to go a little soft.
